Im Allie
Bookkeeper & Profit Consultant
As an entrepreneur, you are wearing far too many hats. DIY’ing the financials of your business should not be one of them… its too expensive.
I’ll help you keep better books & maximize your profits.
Lets face it
Loosing Money is Taxing.
Cluttered and messy financial books can lead to unnecessary headaches when tax time comes. It also makes separating profit from revenue incredibly challenging. Your business deserves a financial plan that is full of rewards and the promise of future prosperity.
I’ll manage your books, and look for ways to increase your profit
(& heres how I do it)
Clean Up/Catch Up
It is crazy how fast a small leak can sink a big ship. After you become a client, the first step is cleaning and catching up your books. During this phase, I go through your past transactions and sort them into the appropriate “buckets”. This helps everything stay organized and much easier to read. It also makes sure that when the time comes, your CPA is not missing any crucial deductions.
Bookkeeping
Once your books are nice and orderly, I will perform monthly maintenance ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. I watch for duplicate charges, and make sure that the money reported in your quickbooks account is ACTUALLY the money in your bank account. I also keep track of your quarterly excise & B&O tax and file them for you! Need to set up new employees into your payroll, ask me about that too!
Consulting
One of the joys of having a bookkeeper is getting to have little to no involvement in the daily financial reporting of your business. You can rest easy knowing that you will not only receive monthly check-ins about the health of your business, but I will also share with you ways that I believe you can save money or make adjustments to improve your revenue/profit.
Dear Biz Owner,
When my husband and I started our construction company, I quickly learned the importance of words like revenue, profit, and expenses. I learned that it is not as simple as “a dollar made is a dollar earned”. Since I have always been a numbers person, it made sense for me to step into the role as our company’s bookkeeper.
I got to see first hand how handling your finances correctly has a direct correlation to growth in your company. When you are confident in the numbers being reported, you are able to make investments into your company without fear … heck maybe you can even give yourself a pay raise. It feels so good to not live in fear of tax time!
When you choose to work with me, know that I am as invested in your financial future as YOU.
